■ Order and payment
・Once payment of goods has been confirmed, we will ship the goods within 5 business days.
・The goods will be shipped by post or Yamato courier delivery. We will send you further information about shipping methods when we confirm your order by email.
・We only accept advance payment by credit card for the goods. （Visa/MasterCard/American Express）
・Once you have completed your payment we will not be able to refund payment if you change your mind.
■ About the goods
・We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to changes in circustances of the customer
・In the event that the goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will do our best to exchange the goods in a speedy manner. Any related shipping fees will be borne by us, White Ship, Inc.
・Due to the nature of pastels as a product, they may have some chipping - this is perfectly normal and doesn't indicate that the goods are damaged or faulty.
・We cannot make any compensation payment in an amount that exceeds the price of the purchased goods.
・In the event that the art materials cannot be delivered to the registered delivery address due to an extended period of absence, delivery failure or an incorrect address, and the storage period for the package has been exceeded (7 days from the first attempted delivery date), the package will be returned to us. In this case, you will be liable for the delivery costs incurred and we will invoice you accordingly. We appreciate your understanding.
