Application Form for Tokyo Aoyama Iemoto Class

*The deadline for ordering special floral materials is two weeks before the start date.

Iemoto Class holds classes on the first and third Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, as well as on the first and third Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM every month.
For Wednesday classes, the break time is from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. For Thursday classes, there are two break times: from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
* Reception will be available at any time except from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Please take care of any necessary procedures during the waiting time for instruction.
* The reception is located on the 1st floor of the Ohara School of Ikebana at the Beginners School.

*The last entry time for Wednesday classes is 4:00 PM, and for Thursday classes, it is 7:00 PM.
*If you arrive after the designated last entry time, it will be considered a cancellation. If you anticipate being late, please make sure to inform us in advance.
*The class schedule and assigned instructors are subject to change based on the schedule. 
*Please note that the classes will be conducted primarily in Japanese.

If you do not have a membership number, please write down 0.

* Please note that there is a possibility that certain floral materials may not be available due to stock status. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
* If any adjustments are necessary, Hanamo Ikebana Devision will directly provide guidance. Please contact us as soon as possible.
* In the event of a cancellation after the deadline, please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of the floral materials.
* Payment for the floral arrangements will be collected on the day of the event. We accept payment by card or select electronic payment methods.
* After completing the application, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from our Marketing Devision (mktg@ohararyu.or.jp) confirming your registration. If you do not receive this email, please contact the Marketing Devision at 03-3499-1200.
* Please pay attention to the start time and the deadline for entering the venue when submitting your application. If you anticipate being late, please consult with us in advance.
