If you wish to reserve a trial lesson, please be sure to enter your name, e-mail address, telephone number, home address, and other required information.
After filling out the form, press the "Confirm" button to switch to the "Input Contents" confirmation page.
After confirming the information you have entered, please click the "[送信する] Submit" button to complete the submission process.

If you want to correct your information, plese click the "[戻る] Back" button to get back to the entering page.
Personal information such as name and address will be used only for the purpose of conducting the trial lesson.
We will not use it for any other purpose. We will strictly manage your personal information.

*After the trial lesson, we will ask you to consider taking actual lessons for the time and frequency shown here. After the trial lesson, we will consult with you to set up the date and time of your first lesson after you have decided to enroll. If you choose "Other," please enter your preference after making your selection.
Regular lesson days and times (up to your third choice)
If you wish to take lessons more than twice a week, please make sure to select your second and third choice.
If you cannot select your second or later choice, please select "Not desired" at the bottom of the day of the week and time zone.
In this case, it may take a few days to arrange a teacher or we may not be able to arrange a teacher.
Trial lesson will be held on the day and time you choose.
In principle, the trial lesson will be taken by the same communication method as the actual lesson.
We recommend the following means of communication depending on the actual lesson time requested.
1) If you wish to take a 30-minute lesson
Zoom, Line, Teams, Skype are all acceptable.
2) For lessons of 60 minutes or longer
We recommend either Line or Skype.
You will need to stop the lesson and reconnect within the free time limit of Zoom (40 minutes) and Teams (60 minutes).
If you don't mind reconnecting, or if you are a paid Zoom/Teams member, you can use any of them.
