Please read the following sentences, fully understand them, and check all items if you wish to undergo this PCR test at your own discretion.
In addition, if the test result is positive, it means that you have agreed to follow the instructions of the health center as an infected person under the Infectious Diseases Control Law.

1. The PCR test looks for the COVID-19
2. The test is done by wiping the back of the nose with a cotton swab.
3. A PCR test is a test with limited sensitivity (probability that an infected person will be positive) and specificity (probability that an uninfected person will be negative).
4. Please check the time from PCR-test to result report / certificate issuance.
5. If this test gives a positive result, you agree to follow the instructions of the Health Center as an infected person under the Infectious Diseases Control Law.
6. Responses at the time of entry and after entry will be in accordance with the advertising policy. The PCR test certificate does not guarantee entry or remove restrictions on activities after entry.
